I’ve tried everything, all day long. Very frustrating.
I just signed up with Hp Ink subscription last month and everything has been working fine until this morning after HP submitted my 1st payment, then my printer stopped working. It must be on there end, in there system because I have cold boot everything, WiFi, printer, jumped through all the hoops but the “envelope with ink drop” continues to blink and my printer will not connect. I tried to use 3 different computers, even usb and still nothing.
HP has it locked on their end.
HP can you please check my account I believe this is internally on your end there is a mess up.
Someone please help, I have no other way to print or scan my items!
How do I unsubscribe and get my printer back?
mill just buy the ink, I don’t need this.
please help!
