Product: HP Instant Ink

There is an icon on my printer that is an envelope with an ink drop. Every time I try to print something, it says printer is not available. I've had 2 calls, nearly an hour each, with support and they can't figure out what the problem is.

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? What exactly are any error messages on the printer or computer screen?
