I’ve just installed a new instant ink tricolour cartridge but my printer now says that the cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced. I’ve taken it out and cleaned both contacts on the cartridge and on the printer, but the message is still there. How do I obtain a new cartridge when this one is faulty?
