HP Utility message:  Ink cartridge failure / Cartridge has failed/ Black Ink

The Black cartridge has already been used, but it should still be almost half full.

I tried three times to solve the problem as advised: black cartridge removed, contacts cleaned on cartridge and in printer, cartridge replaced.

Did not solve the problem. Black cartridge now removed, and uses '1 cartridge mode’ to print,  works ok.

I take it the fault is in the cartridge itself.

Please assist me to have a replacement black cartridge send to me.
