So as the title suggests I have updated my XP-340 to firmware 20.24.MJ20J9 from a older firmware of 20.20.MJ10H8. I have accessed the Update FM mode of the printer and followed instructions on installing the older firmware however when the "Finished!" screen pops up it displayed the current firmware version of 20.24.MJ20J9. I need the printer on the older firmware 20.20.MJ10H8 so that my edible image ink works for my cake decorating business.

HP Recommended

I would not expect any suggestion from HP, a different printers manufacturer...
