Everytime I'm trying to print in colour j get an error message saying remove and reinstall colour cartridge. So I do as requested and then after a few seconds get same error. So I am unable to print in colour.
I have reset the printer as instructed on another board. But still have no luck.
As I'm still subscribed to the instant link servive can I get a replacement colour ink as the one provided seems faulty.
