Product: HP DeskJet 2721e All-in-One Printer

Hi, i get Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0422 when trying to connect to Instant ink and try to click the support but come to i white page so no help. Anyone know the solution? 

Tried to reinstall hpsmart + and restarted the router for the internet.

Hey so i was able to finally fix my issue. I factory reset the printer then uninstall and install the HP app again. Then connected my printer as if it’s a new printer. Hopefully this works for you too. I followed the steps below.
