Error GSS001 when setting up for instant ink trial

Hi I am getting trying to register for instant ink trial and I am getting the error GSS001 when trying to register.

I understand you are not able to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. This model printer is Instant Ink eligible.

Try using a different web browser. Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.
