I'm trying to sign up to HP instant ink, and keep getting error code GCAG001 when trying to connect HP Ink to my printer. This is a new printer, I've never used HP instant ink before and it won't let me complete the set up, but with no explanation of what the error is or how to fix it. I've tried completing the process via computer and mobile phone, and also through the email. Could you please advise what the error code means and how to fix it?

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to enroll in the instant ink service and let me know if that resolves the issue.

this doesn't resolve the problem I'm having. I have tried the steps per the link. I repeatedly receive the GCAG001 error code

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
