Product: HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer

I have signed up for instant. Ink received my cartridges and installed them. I printed the information page with no problems, then got the E0 attempted to uninstall and reinstall the cartridges with no luck. Can anyone please advise on what to do next?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
