I bought the MFP M255dw because I occasionally need printing jobs.  I selected subscription for no more than 50 pages for $1.95 Per month.  I’ve owned the printer for 10 months now and have printed 174 pages in that time.  I keep getting billed for the most expensive program at 7.95 month.  So I need to talk to billing and the support to find out why the printer hasn’t worked for over a month now.  So I go to support and they want your hp I’d  and a description of the problem so our agents can give you the best information.  I have waited 30.minutes, a few times 45 minutes   a few times with 0 response from the agents. I am sorry I didn’t research before making this purchase .  I know it will be my lastHP purchase,
