I am getting an error while enrolling for the HP instant link. When I selected the plan and filled out the shipment information, the error popped up "Server Error. Try again soon."

Hi @absrocks,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues while trying to enroll in HP Instant Ink. The error message you received, "Server Error. Try again soon," typically indicates a problem on HP's server-side, and it may not be something you can resolve on your end. However, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Wait and Try Again: Sometimes, server errors are temporary and can be resolved by simply waiting for a while and trying again later. Servers may experience high traffic or maintenance, causing such errors.
  • Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the enrollment process.
  • Use a Different Browser: If you're using one browser and encountering this error, try using a different one. This can help rule out any browser-specific issues.
  • Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and not experiencing any interruptions. A poor connection can sometimes lead to server errors.
  • Try Enrolling on a Different Device: If possible, try enrolling in HP Instant Ink from a different device (e.g., a smartphone or tablet) to see if the issue persists.
  • Verify Account Information: Make sure that you have entered all the required information correctly. Double-check your shipping address and payment details to ensure there are no typos or mistakes.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
