Hi @redruby62,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Receiving an HTTP 400 error typically indicates that there's an issue with the request sent to the server. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue.

  • Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. Sometimes, a poor internet connection can lead to communication errors between your device and the server.
  • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Cached data or corrupted cookies can sometimes cause login issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to log in again.
  • Try Different Browser or Device: Sometimes, the issue may be browser-specific. Try logging in using a different web browser or device to see if the problem persists.
  • Verify URL and Credentials: Double-check that you're using the correct URL to access the HP Instant Ink login page. Additionally, ensure that you're entering the correct username and password for your account. Consider using the "Forgot Password" option if you're unsure about your password.
  • Disable Browser Extensions: Browser extensions or add-ons can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Try disabling any browser extensions temporarily and attempt to log in again.

By following these steps, you should be able to diagnose and potentially resolve the HTTP 400 error when trying to log in to your HP Instant Ink account.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
