Printer says cannot print from my desktop it is properly connected error message reads instant ink problem. I go to website and I don't find any explanations. Please what do I do. I work from home I need to print documents.

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC and try printing.
