I just received a used printer that was previously enrolled in instant ink, so I also received a few ink cartridges with the printer. I cannot seem to enroll this printer into instant ink under my account. Is there something the previous owner needs to do on their end? Because I can't figure out why I keep getting an error message at the very end of trying to enroll, saying there was a problem and no explanation.
