Tried to enrol to Instant Ink for the first time ever, get to the final part ("Lets Finish setting up Instant Ink. Confirm your printer and plan) within the HP Smart app, then when I click "Connect this Printer to Instant Ink", I then get the message "To complete your enrolment, review and accept the HP Instant Ink Terms of Service." which I then put a tick in the box, and when I click "Start Paid Service", I then get the subject mention error message - "We are unable to connect your printer to finish instant ink enrollment. your payment method will not be charged"
I have checked latest firmware, etc and all if fine. This is horrible! I was able to print some pages approximately 10 and all of a sudden get an error message stating I need to enroll. Why would I need to enroll if printer was already enrolled and now suddenly not enrolled! I uninstalled and reinstalled same thing. Help this is frustrating and should not have such poor service!
All i can then do is click the Return Home button. Tried rebooting PC, restarting printer, same everytime.
Suggestions/advice welcome.
