HP Envy Photo 6255. Received instant ink color cartridge. Replaced it and immediately got error message to reinstall it. Did so, but same message again and again. Instructions said to replace cartridge "as shown". Where does it "show" that info? I now have no additional cartridges to replace either of the two.
