My HP printer is properly connected to the internet, works in all respects except that the "Estimated ink supply levels" in HP Smart are wrong - black simply printed dots, and eventually nothing - yet "estimated" as 80% full. I print rarely. Having followed all the links through many pages, I cannot find how to order replacement Instant Ink. Everything is up-to-date.
Does anyone in the UK know how to get new ink, please?
