Every time I try to print the screen says cannot print visit www.hpinstantink.com. It is connected to the same wifi and it is receiving the message because the same thing pops up on the screen.  The printer was working but the subscription expired in May. I subscribed again and this is happening. Help

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

I understand you recently unsubscribed and then resubscribed to Instant Ink, and now you're unable to use your printer.

This often happens if the printer hasn't been re-added to your Instant Ink account.


To fix this, please follow these steps:
 

  • Add your printer back to your Instant Ink account.
  • Sign out of your account.
  • Restart your printer and computer/mobile device.
  • Sign back in to your account to confirm the printer is now connected.

Once your printer is successfully added, it should work properly.
