I have two boxes of unused cartridges and now another one on the way. I don't want to pause because then I can't print as many pages as I signed up for. HP is a very controlling company and makes it nearly impossible to get any customer support. I am not at all happy with the products or the service provided.

We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how inconvenient it can feel to receive extra cartridges when you don’t need them. We’d like to take a closer look at your Instant Ink account and help resolve this for you.

To do that, we’ll need to verify your account details. Could you please share your Instant Ink ID or the email address associated with your Instant Ink account with us? For your privacy, please provide this information to us through a private message and not here in public.

Once we have your details, we’ll be able to review your account and assist you further.
