I am so confused. I am a teacher and have been printing in excess to get ready for the start of the school year, however I have received 4+ extra cartridges and had to upgrade my account to more pages because it said I was almost maxed out on my current plan page amount. How is they possible if I have several extra instant ink cartridges I haven’t used? I don’t mind having extras on hand and absolutely love how I can change my plan at any time to meet my current printing capacity needs, but I am also very curious as to why this is happening and if anyone else has experienced this. I also would hate to have to pay the fee per 10 pages over current plan limit when I have 2 black cartridges, 2 RTI color cartridges already and have 1 more of each just shipped. Not sure what to do about this and appreciate any help. Thanks so much!
