How do I request a replacement Instant Ink Cartridge as the one recently delivered is not working? On first installation it said it was " Incompatable" but after following the recommended troubleshooting it now, simply says "problem with cartridge" it is only affecting the Tricolour one (have not tried the black because it has not run out and I don't want to waste ink). I did another hard reset (removing the ink cartridges). I need a replacement cartridge asap but I have not found anywhere on app where I can request one. Can any help?
Edit: also...if I need to private message HP (which I have noticed a few people have had to do) can you walk me through how as I can for the life of me see how they managed to do it. Thank you in advance!

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen. Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
