I have a faulty Instant ink cartridge 65/304. Struggling to find out how to get a replacement . I am going round in circles . HP ink has been perfect thus far but I am disappointed with how hard it is to get a solution

To assist you better, do you get any errors?
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
