Had colour and black cartridges delivered by HP,colour is fine but black is faulty.How do I get a replacement cartridge?

Hi, my instant ink cartridge stopped printing, even though ink levels looked good. I installed a new cartridge, and the printer is now working fine. I would like to be credited for the faulty cartridge.

I have the same problem. My black ink cartridge has ink but now the printer won’t recognise it and says there’s a cartridge fault. It’s a genuine instant ink cartridge and I’ve followed all the advice given by the virtual agent and support to no avail. 
How can I get another black cartridge?

Auch ich,habe das Problem. Die Farbpatrone ist defekt.Ich habe sie durch eine gekaufte Patrone ersetzt und der Drucker tut seine Arbeit.  Nur funktioniert Instant Ink dadurch nicht mehr. Ich bitte um Austausch der defekten Patrone.
