Microsoft Windows 11

I have 2 open, active cases for faulty printers. I have spoken to a Tech Support person dealing with Laserjet printers who agreed that both units were faulty and he would get back to with a solution. I also provided pics of both printer's error lights, toner packs and serial numbers. This was 1 week ago, what is going out with these active and open cases?
