Bought a genuine HP black ink cartridge (301 XL), printer reports 'incompatible cartridge'. It is clearly faulty, I have carried out all recommended solutions, to ne avail. How do I get a replacement?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the cartridge replacement
