Hello I need a new ink cartridge for my printer the ones I have aren't being registered by the printer and I've done all the steps to solve the problem and none have worked I would appreciate it if I could just get new ones and not have to worry about them I do have an instant ink subscription and it's not done till Aprill if you need proof I can show you if you need it please  get back to me soon I really need them soon

I'd like to help you with your Instant Ink issue.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this. 

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
