Ive had an "instant ink" subscription for over a year now.
First of all, calling it instant ink is frankly laughable - Ive not had any ink for over a week.
Ive had at least 8 cartridges fail to read when put in the printer. There is no way to report this, and if you talk to the chat bot, its terrible, it doesnt understand the issue and has the audacity to suggest maybe your subscription hasnt been paid.
You cannot talk to a human, except through whatsapp, which means you will have to jump through a load of hoops to verify who you are. Then they are likely to tell you to reset it, turn it off and on again, rub it, blow it, cross your fingers etc.. its 2025, Ive done all of that before Ive gone through the pain of trying to get support.
Why, for the love of god, is there not a report faulty cartridge button on my control panel? simple interface, each cartridge has a unique number. This would make the process easier to report. I am constantly stopped from printing because the instant ink is anything but instant.
