Product: HP DeskJet 3638 All-in-One Printer

Bonjour à tous, voilà mon problème, j'avais mis le papier en complément avec mon forfait et depuis le 1er envoi de papier, je n'est plus accès à l'envoi de papier en complément ! HP me de changer de Forfait afin de pouvoir le remettre mais je n'ai toujours pas trouver la case pour obtenir le papier complémentaire sur les forfaits ! Avez-vous une piste ? HP je les appelle chaque moi et toujours pas possible de le faire !! Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Agnès (BLUES59540)
