Free Ink subscription

Hi I bought this printer the hp deskjet 2700 series and when i bought it they said I would get 9 months of free ink as I got the first month of them in january but ever since then I have gotten notifications on my hp smart app that my 9 months of ink is going down yet I haven't received any ink. I have 3 months left as of june 10 and just want all the ink I can get any help would be great!!!

Welcome to the HP Community --

I suspect you are perhaps thinking "free trial" to the Instant Ink Service subscription means scheduled "free ink".

Ink is included in any Print-by-Page Instant Ink subscription plan and during all trial periods.

Ink is not sent on a predetermined schedule.

Replacement Ink is sent when the printer notifies the Instant Ink service that ink is needed.

The service receives the notification, checks your account, processes the request, and sends ink to your service address.

When you sign up for the Instant Ink program you are NOT purchasing ink, you are purchasing a subscription to a set number of pages per month.  The ink is supplied, but remains the property of HP and must be returned if you cancel the program in accordance with the terms of service. See sections 5.d and 9.c of the USA Terms of Service contract.
