New printer arrived today from Amazon, offered with 4 months free trial but no sign of any promo code in or on the box. Reviews on Amazon say two additional months can be claimed and these codes were entered. Instant ink account only shows these two months in green on the right. How do I activate the four months I was promised please? Model is HP Envy Photo 6230
