Product: HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have setup my new printer and enrolled for instant ink today but there is no mention of 9 month free trial. I have received the attached literature with the printer that states 9 Months trial and after registering my print with the account i also received an email stating the same offer but it has not applied to my account. Can someone look into this and help. For now due to emergency I have enrolled and paid for 10 pages but ideally this should be covered under the 9 month trial offer.
Below is the literature i received with the printer and the email after registering the printer :
