Hi there I purchased a new printer a couple of days ago and tried to sign up for the 6 month instantink trial but on my account it's only offering 2 months. See a picture of the flyer below. Can you help? Thanks. Screen Shot 2022-01-08 at 9.11.48 pm.png

I understand you are unable to claim your promotional months

 

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
