Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to freeze or skip my next Paper add-on to Instant Ink Plan.  In prior 9 months, I had to purchase higher/larger plans due to special projects.  My Paper shipment increased also.  Afterwards, I decreased my Ink and Paper to my current needs.

How do I postpone next paper shipment and not effect my Ink shipment?
