I bought a hp Deskjet 2722e but after setting up the printer, I could not enrol in instant ink and keep getting GCAG001 code. I checked the web services on the printer and it says connected. I tried hp+ and website enrolment but still cannot enrol. The hp+ gives me the above error code and website enrolment directs me to UK hp website (I checked settings of my phone, laptop and registered email which are all set to Australia). What can I do?
