GSS001 There was an issue finalizing your subscription

I am receiving this error message. I’ve tried to look up how to fix this myself but to no avail. I have tried this through the SmartApp on both my phone and iPad.

 Would appreciate some help in relation to this.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I see that the printer is in an error state, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the Instant Ink enrollment. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
