HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

Genuine HP Instant Ink colour cartridge does not print magenta or yellow blocks in test print pages. Cyan ok. Advanced print head cleaning tried many times. No change. Reinstalling tried , no change. Printer icons on Deskjet 3630 show colour 50% and  black 80%. Genuine HP supplied 302 cartridges. All suggestions by 'roboAssistant' tried. Nothing worked.

Printer is about 2.1/2yrs old, bought during lockdown.

Any ideas / suggestions gratefully received!
