HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

My Deskjet is reporting a problem with the colour cartridge that has been working OK. It now will not print. I have been through all the advice on the chat line and this has not solved the problem. I would like to contact HP to request a new cartridge but this seems to be impossible. I have been through their What's App process but been unable to create a case. Does HP have a phone number or email address for customers in the UK? Or is there a simple way to report the problem.

Thanks for the reply though the  Serial number is not the problem. I hope the problem may be solved now, but reaching the solution has been more complicated than it should be,

 

Eventually, I went through all the automatic recommendations and was directed to a What's App site. I don't have Whats App on my computer and don't want it, so I called the site on my phone. Following a quite long exchange of messages, and repeating all the same steps the agent said he would send a replacement cartridge. He was very  helpful, but the system is not helpful to use and I would like to think that HP could design a system that is more focussed on customer needs than HP's convenience. One of my other HP printers (a rather old model) developed a cartridge problem recently and I replaced it with a Canon printer. I was surprized how easy that was to set up compared with using HP Smart! 

 

Looking forward to the new cartridge arriving (its been almost a week) ... with luck it will solve the problem
