I recently canceled my HP Instant ink subscription.

After that, I am getting "HP Instant Ink" error on my printer and it is not printing anything.

I am not sure why is that as the ink levels show all okay.

Very Frustrating. Please help !

Hi there,

I understand that you cancelled your Instant Ink subscription.  Have you reached the end of your billing period yet?  If you're not sure, you should still be able to check in your account.  If you have reached the end of your billing period, then you would need to remove the Instant Ink cartridges and install regular ink cartridges.  The Instant Ink cartridges will only work until your billing period ends.

Thanks!

Tara

Thanks ...but that feels like pure thuggery to me. I have cancelled my subscription after so many years of using it. HP made a brutal profit out of it... Now I cannot use the cartridge which was sent to me. That's it, done with HP and it's products. Throwing away the printer into trash.
