Product: HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer

After being offline for months with a 4100 series printer HPSmart no longer recognizes my printer supplies because I had to install store bought cartridges. After trying to get help with virtual assistant (useless) and waiting 56 minutes for an agent online (useless) I am wondering how can I get my cartridges back online since I don't have the chipped cartridges HP sends on instant ink even though I am enrolled in the plan I don't get ink

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.   

 

To locate your account, please provide 

Your registered email address 

Your Instant Ink account ID 

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink 

Confirm your address,
