Hi I have had to restore my HP ENVY 51010 printer to factory settings as had problems with the black ink not working, I have reconnected to internet which is fine and have message saying cartridge can’t be used as have to enrol with instant ink which I have an account but when I go to app to to have a look it’s saying my printer is offline when it clearly isn’t. Any help would be great Andy
