Hello, 

I replaced the ink of my carriage and it wouldn't accept it and gave a cartridge damaged message so I performed a reset.

After the reset the ink is now stuck on the right side, and I still have the cartridge error message and the buttons no longer display so i cant even reset anymore!!!

 

Can anyone help, please?

QUESTIONS:

HOW CAN I GET THE CARRIAGE TO MOVE WHEN I OPEN THE PRINTER DOOR?

HOW CAN I GET THE INK ERROR TO GO AWAY?

HOW CAN I GET THE HOME/ BACK BUTTONS TO SHOW?

Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

First, let us try to resolve the carriage jam issue.

Make sure there are no papers jammed inside the printer as shown in this document - Paper Jam Error(includes troubleshooting steps for carriage jam)

Check if the carriage moves freely.

 

To resolve an ink cartridge error, perform the steps from - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
