My HP 2700 is precisely 2 years old and uses HP Instant Ink. It has worked fine but two days ago the Information and Ink Alert lights started blinking. The power light and blue wireless light are on solid. In the display the error E0 is flashing as are the ink levels and the Instant Ink Icon. The inl levels are shown as over one half full. The Set Up Printer screen shows the printer is on line.but the HP Instant Ink Overview says “Unable to connect to printer” and last updated on 26th September. I have tried printing but always get the message that cannot find page or item. When I have been asked to enter the printers PIN, it does not accept the correct PIN but does accept PIN 12345678. I have restarted my computer, the router and printer many times to no effect. I have done a hard printer reset to no effect I have used the WPS button on the router to no effect. I have also taken out the ink cartridges and re-inserted them but to no avail. I have no spare cartridges to try. Please help as I have wasted so much time on this and I need a printer. By the way I turn my printer off every night to save the planet. Consumption in standby might be low but if everyone leaves it on....

I should have added that the Printer Information Page stated that my printer is connected to to my wireless network, It gave the printer IP address which is slightly different to my router IP address, It stated that the signal strength was excellent and that the printer is connected to the Internet. It also stated that the printer is not enrolled in HP Ink and it had to be to use the ink cartridges. This is aboslute rubbish as I have been paying HP £6 a month for the past 18 months including August 2025
