Help my HP printer is stuck on startup I even changed the ink cartridges because it kept saying register for instant ink which they were from I was ready to now it keeps wanting to print a printer head alignment sheet but it doesn't

@cactusjoe1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

To assist you better, what is the error on the printer?

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Go to the HP Smart app and click OK. Check if you are still able to print from the computer.

 

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.
