(Edited) I have had this plan since Sept 2024 and I've had nothing but trouble with the printer and the ALL IN customer service as well. NO ONE can seem to help me or fix the problem.
1st issue, when the ink ran out i had to call to get new ink which supposedly its supposed to ship automatically when it gets low
2nd, 3rd, 4th issue Ive called 4 different times to get help with why the all in one plan printer says the ink installed is HP instant ink which isn't. After calls and calls of tech support doing the same issue protocols still nothing. I finally got a supervisor and they placed an order for a replacement printer. But the printer was supposed to be here today and come to find out the printer order was canceled bc of a technical issue, That my plan was canceled; which is not! If you cancel your plan before the 24 month agreement is up its $275 charged to your card. So now they had to create another issue ticket and place a new order for another replacement printer. I have to wait another 2 to 5 business days for it to get here. And (Edited)
