Our HP Color LaserJet PRO MFP 4301’s ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) scanner jams every page fed into it, making scanning impossible. We have performed all standard troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the feeder rollers, checking for and removing any obstructions, ensuring the paper is correctly aligned, restarting the printer, updating the firmware, resetting the printer to factory settings, checking the paper type and quality, and ensuring the feeder is not overloaded. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. This problem is disrupting our workflow, and we urgently need assistance to resolve it. If the issue cannot be fixed, please advise on the process for repair or replacement under warranty. We had already connected with an agent via chat and after an hour of conversation she suggested to simply bring it back to Office Depot since it has been only a month since I bought it. I did. And they told me they don't take returns after 14 days and that is up to HP Warranty directly. Now, conveniently HP won't answer via phone and the chat that open to me right away the first time won't open under any browser or computer.
