HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer

I cancelled my Instant Ink accounts.  Since that time, all of my HP printers have failed to operate.  Even after new ( non-Instant Ink cartridges were installed) the units continue to display "non HP compatible cartridge" messages.   On start up, the printers operate briefly and display the start up screen then, after a few seconds, go to the "ink problem" screen.  Settings cannot be accessed.  I believe this is the direct result of HP's Instant firmware.  There isn't anything mechanically wrong with any of my printers.  HP continues to push out corrupted firmware to prevent my printer from operating normally.
