We have a DeskJet 2630 printer that my wife used while we lived in England. We have now moved back to Norway, but my wife never managed to migrate her Instant Inc account to a new country. She therefore finally gave it up, and made the printer my responsibility.. So I have now tried to enroll it on my account, after factory resetting it, and the wife has removed it from her account. The problem is that the printer is just blinking it's orange light after turning it on. HP smart says "Cartridges require HP Instant Ink Enrollment". When I try to enroll it, the instructions say that I should press the info button and the cancel button at the same time, and a sheet should be printed with my claim code. But the printer does not print anything when pressing these buttons. I therefore have no claim code and cannot continue the setup. I have tried multiple factory resets to no avail. The cartridges has not been used much and should be full of ink. What can I do to enroll it / obtain the claim code?
