HP Deskjet 3634 will not print black

My wireless hp printer 3634 will not print black ink and the black ink cartridge is full. How do I fix this?

@Rmessina06, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print in black. Kindly perform steps 10 and 13 from this document. 

Once done, Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page as mentioned in step 8 in the same document.

Check for black.

You may also try making a copy in black from the scanner glass and check if that works.
