HP ENVY 4524 not printing all colours (green), WHY??

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
There are no error messages and there is half colour remaining according to ink level. Green (mainly) is not printing. Other colours are printing. I believe the cartridge is faulty (this has happened before) but I don't know how to get another one sent out under the Instant Ink scheme. I am desperate and cannot really wait need emergency replacement as nothing is working!!
